1. Prior to purchasing any items from us, you have understood that NO refunds will be made once payment is remitted to us.

2. Our goods are inspected properly before we bought it and will inspect it again before delivering it to you to ensure no noticeable flaws on our goods.

3. All goods are brand new and in perfect condition, unless stated otherwise.

4. Reservations are available for a maximum of 3 days for all items, except for hot-selling items which we will inform you upon reservation.

6. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed once you have received your goods; EXCEPT for the items wrongly delivered to you.

7. The delivery for larger items like handbags will need additional cost. Generally, the delivery cost is as stated above.
